About Holly

I’m a researcher and coach-
I’m a researcher and coach with a PhD in public health and a long-standing curiosity about how people make sense of their lives. Long before my academic work, I was drawn to understanding what drives human behavior — how we connect, adapt, and find meaning in very different circumstances.
My work has taken me across countries and cultures, exploring how social dynamics shape wellbeing and how people prioritize connection in distinct ways. I’ve led research teams, facilitated workshops, and had hundreds of conversations that go far beyond data — into identity, values, and what it means to live well in complex worlds. Those conversations are what kept me in the work.
I also draw from Ayurvedic medicine, which sees each person as a dynamic system of mind, body, and emotion. That framework helps clients understand their own patterns and make choices that align with how they naturally move and connect through the world.
I work with people in transition — integrating experiences with psychedelics, reimagining their careers, or simply feeling stuck in familiar patterns. I often work with men expanding their emotional range, women balancing care for others with care for themselves, and professionals trying to reconnect with purpose. Humor and honesty are an important part of the process.
At the core of my work is agency — helping people make choices that feel both true to themselves and connected to others. Growth isn’t about optimizing; it’s about becoming more aware, grounded, and real.
Outside of work, I find grounding in nature, travel, music, and dance — all reminders that joy and connection are part of the work, too. I support people through integration and reconnection with warmth, curiosity, discernment and genuine care.
