The work I do

Psychedelic Preparation and Integration
What does preparation and integration actually involve?
There’s growing interest in what we now call entheogens—commonly known as psychedelics—that can take us through intense personal, emotional, or spiritual territory. These experiences hold tremendous potential for healing and insight, but they’re not always easy. There is also a lot of noise in this space: on mainstream media, social media, and through many of psychedelic medicine's most vocal supporters.
People often see and feel things they don’t expect. Sometimes ceremonies aren’t skillfully held, or expectations aren’t met, leaving participants unsettled or disconnected. Often, people may engage for fun or creativity at a festival or gathering, and experience something intense, either positive or negative, that isn't resolving on its own. Other times, the experience opens deep insight into self, relationships, or worldview—yet it can be hard to bring those insights back into daily life.
Preparation helps set the emotional, spiritual, and physical ground for the journey ahead. It is an integral part of a healthy psychedelic experience.
After the journey, there’s a fascinating and vital window of neuroplasticity; your brain and body are more open to new patterns. Integration work helps you use that openness to translate the experience and insight of a journey into meaningful, lasting change.
My approach draws on years of working with people through difficult terrain, training in somatic grounding practices with psychedelics, and my own entheogenic experiences. This work begins with intentional preparation—grounding yourself before the experience—and continues with integration that helps you stay connected to what emerged in the midst of everyday life. It is intentional, somatically focused, and connected—an ongoing process that, when engaged fully, can change your life in surprising and powerful ways.
You may want this support if you:
-
Are curious about entheogens but don’t want to jump in without guidance
-
Have used psychedelics recreationally but are ready for more intentional work
-
Have had a difficult or intense experience and want help navigating it
-
Are serious about using entheogens with purpose and want dedicated support

Grounded Transformational Life Coaching
I work with clients who are moving through things. Or who want to move through things and can’t quite get there.
In my years of work doing research on the social factors that impact well being, I have seen where we as humans flourish, and where we stagnate or struggle.
For some this struggle may lie in the realm of emotional awareness and expression.
For others, this struggle may lie in the realm of trying to please everybody all of the time.
For busy professionals, this struggle may be trying to maintain our values and our sense of self, while meeting the relentless demands of our jobs.
Sometimes we are stuck, and sometimes we are caught in transition. Either way, there's often more possibility available than we can see from where we're sitting. The work is about getting grounded in who we are so we can connect more authentically—with ourselves, our values, and the people who matter.

Connection through Community
I design group experiences that bring people together around the questions that matter—how we connect authentically, how we navigate change, and how we stay grounded in what's real.
For organizations, I create custom workshops focused on values clarification, trust and connectivity, and developing more human-centered work cultures. These sessions are designed for teams and groups who want to slow down, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversation about what actually supports wellbeing and connection.
I'm also developing retreats and public workshops for individuals seeking community while moving through transition and change. These gatherings will invite honest dialogue and collective grounding.
