Festival integration package
Service Description
Big experiences can open us up — to joy, grief, memory, and possibility. Festivals and retreats often create intense emotional and sensory states that can feel hard to process once the lights go down. For some, that disorientation is simply the contrast of returning home; for others, it may stem from recreational substance use that didn’t go as planned, or from physical and emotional burnout after sustained intensity. This short series offers space to slow down, reflect, and make meaning of what happened — whether it was expansive, unsettling, or both. We’ll look at what felt alive, what feels tender, and how to carry the insight forward in ways that fit real life — without losing what mattered. Includes: 3 one-hour sessions over 4–6 weeks Focus on grounding, sense-making, and embodied re-entry
