Service Description

Preparation and integration are where the real work happens. This package is for people engaging with psychedelic or other altered-state experiences and wanting support in how they approach, reflect on, and integrate them. Our work focuses on clarity of intention, emotional processing, and grounding insights into everyday life. It does not provide medical or substance-use guidance — rather, it offers a structured reflective process for meaning-making and sustainable growth. Includes: 5 one-hour sessions (2 before, 3 after the experience) over 6–8 weeks Guided intention-setting, reflection, and integration planning
